BRECKSVILLE, Ohio<\/span>, Nov. 10, 2016<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Virtual reality is making an impact on home buying and selling. According to two Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty agents in Ohio<\/span>, hosting virtual reality open houses for the real estate community is the next frontier.  <\/p>\n

Anthony Colantuono<\/a> and Mike Crimaldi<\/a>, sales associates with Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty wanted to attract as many real estate agents as possible to tour the newly-listed $1.65 million<\/span> property in  Moreland Hills, Ohio<\/a>. Instead of hosting a traditional broker’s open house, they invited 120 real estate agents and brokers to experience the home through Samsung Virtual Reality headsets and phones.  <\/p>\n

Colantuono and Crimaldi filmed all areas of the home utilizing a 360-degree camera and held the broker’s open house at a popular suburban Cleveland<\/span> restaurant yesterday.  It was the first virtual Brokers Open House in Northeast Ohio<\/span>. <\/p>\n
