When Rich Stinson<\/span>, Lieutenant Colonel in the Army, got the news that he was returning home from his 13-month deployment in Afghanistan<\/span>, he and his wife planned to surprise their five children at their home. His wife picked him up from the airport and he laid down in their family minivan until he knew his children wouldn’t suspect anything. Then he walked through the door and surprised each of his children, capturing the entire homecoming on film.<\/p>\n

Stinson and his wife recently purchased their family home from Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, Realtors<\/a> located in San Antonio, Texas<\/span>. As a military family, it was vital for their real estate agent to be their "eyes and ears" during the home buying process as they were unable to travel to Texas<\/span> to look at potential homes. Realtor Associate Nikki Diamond-Jones<\/a> understood the stress and uncertainty that comes with buying a home sight-unseen –- especially for a military family that has been stationed many different places.
