NEW LONDON, N.H.<\/span>, Sept. 9, 2016<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC<\/a> today announced the affiliation of the newly created Coldwell Banker Lifestyles covering the Dartmouth<\/span> and Lake Sunapee regions of New Hampshire<\/span>, welcoming more than 65 agents in five offices.<\/p>\n

The new ownership group, led by Stefan Timbrell<\/span> and Joe Burns<\/span>, has acquired Coldwell Banker Redpath<\/span> of Hanover, NH<\/span>. Ned Redpath<\/span>, the founder of Coldwell Banker Redpath<\/span>, remains with the company as a broker in the Hanover<\/span> office. The acquisition by Country Houses Real Estate, founded in 1939, now positions Coldwell Banker Lifestyles as the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate in New Hampshire<\/span>. <\/p>\n
