Silicon Valley and <span class=\"xn-location\">Washington, D.C.<\/span> were tied for first place for condos, both with a median of nine days on market. <span class=\"xn-location\">Seattle<\/span> came in third for condos at 14 median days on market.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<li><b><span>Most Affordable (Price per Square Foot)<\/span><\/b><span>: The most affordable luxury market for single family homes is tech center <span class=\"xn-location\">Raleigh-Durham, N.C.<\/span>, where the median price per square foot is <span class=\"xn-money\">$171<\/span>.
