Yannaccone’s experience leading organizations through transformational change, coupled with her innovative strategic insights, has played a significant role in ERA<\/i>‘s system-wide implementation of a holistic, end-to-end technology platform called Zap.<\/p>\n

Recent franchisee satisfaction survey results conducted by a third party vendor revealed a notable increase in broker satisfaction with the brand, attributed to recent enhancements to the brand’s servicing structure and focus, on-site training and leadership’s promotion of a collaborative culture.<\/p>\n
