MADISON, N.J.<\/strong> \u2013 January 9, 2024 \u2013 Anywhere Real Estate Inc.<\/strong> (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated that Chief Executive Officer and President Ryan Schneider was named the most powerful and influential person in real estate on the 2024 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list. More than 30 Anywhere leaders representing the company and its storied brokerage brands \u2013 including Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate, CENTURY 21\u00ae, Coldwell Banker\u00ae, Corcoran\u00ae, ERA\u00ae and Sotheby’s International Realty\u00ae \u2013 have also been included, which is more than any other company in the residential real estate. Sue Yannaccone, Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors president and Chief Executive Officer, is the highest-ranking woman at No. 7 on the list joining Schneider in the top ten.<\/p>\n

The annual report, created and published by real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty, recognizes the reach and influence of the industry’s executives who are running some of the nation\u2019s largest companies. Schneider\u2019s resilience, strategic decision making and influential leadership during a challenging year for the real estate industry enabled him to empower others to effectively move Anywhere and the industry to what\u2019s next.<\/p>\n
