Established in 2017, the firm is owned by Jessie \u201cWeno\u201d Dominguez, <\/span>\u200b<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/span>a member of the 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry America\u2019s Best Real Estate Professionals rankings, and his wife Amy Dominguez, the firm\u2019s VP of Operations. Jessie entered the real estate industry ten years ago, after spending his earlier career working as a juvenile probation manager. Jessie and Amy are also supported by their Designated Broker, Kent Easom, and their Business Operations Manager, Victoria Martinez, who have helped the pair grow their brokerage to two locations and earn a \u201ctop team\u201d designation by RealTrends, where the firm currently sits as the <\/span>\u200b<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/span>10th highest-producing large team by volume in all of Washington state.
