Established in 2013, the firm is led by broker\/owner, Craig Allison, and co-owner Chris Luzier. Allison is a West Virginia native who never strayed far from his hometown community in Kanawha Valley. After graduating from St. Albans High School, Allison began a career focused on customer service, first working at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for several years and later opening his own local tanning salon. While running his salon, Allison honed his skills as a client-facing leader and was often recommended by clients to pursue real estate thanks to his natural ability to connect with others. Joining Allison at the firm is Luzier, a successful attorney at a Charleston-based law firm who also grew up in West Virginia.
