41 real estate professionals from across Anywhere family of brands completed the annual leadership and succession planning program in 2025<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MADISON, N.J., April 10, 2025<\/strong> \u2014 Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced its 2025 graduating class for Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience\u2120 (\u2018Ascend\u2019), marking the program\u2019s 10th<\/sup> anniversary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2025 cohort included 41 esteemed real estate leaders from the company\u2019s prominent brands Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate, CENTURY 21\u00ae, Coldwell Banker\u00ae, Corcoran\u00ae, and Sotheby\u2019s International Realty\u00ae, in addition to employees from Anywhere, Anywhere Integrated Services, and Cartus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m beyond proud to congratulate the newest graduates of our Ascend program,\u201d said Sue Yannaccone, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors. \u201cThis program is not just a training initiative; it\u2019s a transformative journey to empower our next generation of leaders. Ascend is a unique program designed to equip future real estate visionaries with essential tools and insights to elevate their career development. Overseen by Anywhere, it targets brand-affiliated broker-owners, senior leaders of large franchisees, and distinguished business professionals to help companies identify future executives and leadership successors.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its inception in 2015, the program has graduated over 380 franchisees and employees. It features intensive learning experiences and challenges in three core pillars: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Organizations. Each year, sessions are taught by experts from Anywhere and across the industry, focusing on themes such as company culture, change management, business intelligence, recruiting, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
