The three arrive shortly after Coldwell Banker Warburg’s\u00a0announcement<\/a>\u00a0that two leading teams from Elegran Real Estate had moved to the company. In all, more than two dozen agents and brokers have recently come to CBW from Elegran and other leading brokerages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Godfrey joins CBW from Douglas Elliman and was featured on Netflix’s “Selling the City.” The platform helped broaden her network and grow her book of business, which she’s now proud to bring to Coldwell Banker Warburg. With lifetime sales totaling nearly $17 million, Godfrey notably helped sell Gramercy Park’s historic “Little House” property, which has been home to many notable families and businesses, during the spring of 2025. She will join the Asset Advisory Team<\/a>, which recently moved to CBW and comprises agents with combined lifetime sales of more than a quarter billion dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
